Furthermore contained in this latest document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory. The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million. This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool. Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right. The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land. Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters. Additional documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
